What should I do if I see that data is being stored(retention) longer than stated in the TE Privacy Notices?

You should check the basis for storing the data and who is asking you to store it. If there is no basis, it should not be kept. If a TE service is asking you to store the data, it must be covered by a Privacy Notice. Contact your group data protection representative of your Department Coordinator to see whether a modification to the current privacy notice should be made.
